Get Started Right!
We will introduce basic commands and manners. You and your pup will be provided with a one-hour lesson each week to learn new skills and review previous ones. Extra sessions available upon request.

• Informal recall - Come when called - every time!
• Crate training - Make it a positive place to be. Go in on command
• Walk on a leash (not harness) without pulling - Be the leader of your dog
• Continue housebreaking
• Stop jumping on people or furniture
• Down - Drop on the floor on command
• Sit - to put leash on, or to wait for dinner
• Eliminate destructive chewing, biting and mouthing

Intermediate Obedience

Practice Makes Perfect!

• Leave it - Avoid temptations
• Off - Get off people or furniture
• Wait - Stop, wait for next command. This allows you to go first through a door without being tripped and not have your dog bolt out the door when it is opened
• Stay while in a down and sit
• Place - go to and stay on a mat (This allows you to  travel  with your dog and show manners while you are eating dinner)
• Heel - walk by your side in a crowd or by other dogs
• Emergency down - When dog is running after distraction dog hits the ground in a down. Great for safety of your pet.
